Protein Pancakes

Sawasdee Loves,

I'm ready to start sharing goodies with everyone again :) 

Starting with these amazing protein pancakes!

Ingredients: 

(Pancake Mix)
1 semi-browned banana
2 egg whites
1 scoop of any protein (pictured here is jay robb's egg white strawberry)
2 TBSP Vanilla Almond Milk [not pictured] 
*******
(Greek Yogurt Topping)
2 TBSP Greek Yogurt
1 TSP Coconut Palm Sugar
Dash of Ground Cinnamon

Strawberry Protein Pancakes with Greek Yogurt Topping

Strawberry Protein Pancakes with 2 TBSP of Peanut Butter and drizzle of Honey

Directions: 
1. Mash banana, mix in almond milk, protein powder and egg whites in bowl.
2. Heat pan, coat with olive oil
3. Brown both sides
4. ENJOY :) 

**Tip: Make in advance and place in baggies or containers, heat up for a good on-the-go breakfast for those days you're running a little late!
