I wanted to share a delicious recipe I made last week for my meal prep. It came out to 4 delicious servings. I diluted the reduced sodium chicken broth with water and didn't even bother with the cornstarch! It still turned out delicious. I also substituted the rice for quinoa. That was delicious also!

Maybe I'll post a workout to try at home next! It's been a busy day and it's only Monday! Internship is going great and I can't wait to share some projects with everyone! Now I'm off to relax and catch up on my shows :)
